To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation form honestly and in full. Our services are only suitable for individuals whose medical history and current health status make them appropriate candidates for weight loss medication, as determined by our prescribing pharmacist.
We reserve the right to decline any application where we believe treatment is clinically unsuitable or unsafe. Providing false or misleading information in your consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist following review of your consultation. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. We do not issue prescriptions on demand.
Prescriptions are valid only for the medication, dosage, and duration specified. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescription or medication supplied by us. If your circumstances change after a prescription is issued, you must notify us immediately.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely via our approved payment provider.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service to your specified UK address. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately labelled packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the prescription-only nature of the medications supplied.
Refunds are not available for prescription medications once dispensed, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
